This accommodation (duplex)is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors and has east, west and south aspects.
There are 4 bedrooms: a double, a twin, a single with direct access to the balcony and a family room with a double and two single beds plus 2 double sofa beds in the lounge area, making this apartment ideal for large families or groups.
The extensive balcony goes around 3 sides and there is large terrace with a Turkish Chimney Barbeque and a shower on the top (3rd) floor.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen area including a full size fridge/freezer, microwave oven, gas/electric cooker, electric kettle, toaster and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
They each enjoy the benefits of air conditioning, mosquito nets and solar panel water heating.
Bed Linen and towels provided (but not for the beach or pool)
Families/groups of up to 20 may be accommodated in the same villa by using both apartments
